Accommodation is free for all participants in a double/triple room per person during the three nights of May 02, 03 and 04, 2024.
The full accommodation at the hotel is provided for the conference days.
The participants will stay in a double/triple room.
Please let us know if you want to share your room with a friend or colleague who registers for the conference as a participant or listener.
Participants who prefer a double room should inform the name of the person they will be staying with. If there is no person to stay with, they should change their preferences to single room.Participants who prefer a single room can stay at the hotel by paying the single room difference. Otherwise, participants who choose a double/triple room without specifying a roommate will be allocated double or triple rooms by the organizing committee, taking into account their gender.

NOTE 3: One paper is allowed for one registration fee. If participants wish to present a second paper, they must pay an additional fee of 50 Euros.One participant can participate with a maximum of 2 papers.
NOTE 4: The certificates of attendance and presentation will be only issued for registered presenters who paid the conference fee. Virtual/Camera-Ready Participants only get the electronic versions of the certificates and other conference documents.

- First child from 0 to 6 years of age – FREE
